I counted it all up, and I think I spent a total of 13 hours in the car last weekend to get to and from Nana and Papa's house in Door County. Thankfully mommy and daddy kept me pretty entertained with books and a portable dvd player, so I got to see Elmo! And of course, falling asleep helps pass the time.

Lauren, You are such a little tooper! Mommy and Daddy know they are really lucky to have such a good traveler for a daughter. I am enjoying your blog from my computer in Chicago. We really miss seeing you grow up but this is the next best thing. We miss you and love you. David and Vickie
