I got to spend some quality time with my mimi and pa, plus aunts and uncles in Michigan (not to mention the dogs!). Here's a few of the great pics mom got of the fun I had with my family...

My Cousin and Me

I had an awesome time bonding with Ryder during my week at the beach. I enjoyed reading to him and trying to feed him, but mostly he just cooed and giggled whenever he saw me (I must have that effect on boys, huh?!). We are big-time buddies already, my cousin and me!

Boating

I took my 2nd ever boatride in Michigan... It was fun watching my aunts and uncles being pulled around and bounced around on the tube, although the whole time daddy was out there, I asked mommy if he could stop and come back in the boat. I guess the protectiveness goes both ways!

Sunset on the beach means one thing to mommy: photo opportunities. Luckily this year I was once again a good sport!

Michigan 2010

I spent a glorious 8 days at the beach in Michigan at the family lakehouse at Little Point Sable. We had wonderful weather, and mommy said the warm, clear water was the best she could remember in years. I took full advantage - spending HOURS each day entertaining myself building sandcastles and swimming around like a fish. I loved it! (Plus, I even found a ladybug friend!) Mommy promises we can go back next year, and I'm already asking her if we can go back now. It was great!

Disconnected...and it felt so good!
