My Grandpa Bill and Grandma Kay came in town last weekend and brought Kay's grandkids with them on the trip. I had met Audrey and Simone before, but this trip was an extra special bonding experience. We share a love of dress up, barbies, playing house, making a mess, swimming, and playing pretend. Most importantly, Audrey (or Auds, as I called her) was my pretend "mommy" all weekend. She loved her role as much as I loved mine. We had SO much fun and were so busy that the adults barely managed to get a picture of us together, but luckily they got a couple before we dove into the pool one day.
