First Comes Love..Then Comes a Baby

Mommy helped host a baby shower for Aunt Maggie and her little baby Henry. I had SO much fun being an honorary hostess - helped serve everyone drinks, helped bring Aunt Maggie her gifts and helped clean up all the wrapping paper. I had SO much fun hanging with all the big girls (and some special moments as well with my aunts, Mimi, and Great Grandma Shirley!)

First Day of Pre-K

Since I'm so old now (4 1/2) I get to go to Pre-K. Here's a couple pictures of me on my first day of school.

ONE

Its hard to believe its been over a MONTH since I've posted! I've been super busy... end of summer, back to school, and mommy and daddy went away to Italy for a week. Add to that a couple different sicknesses between me and brother, and time has flown. But what's the biggest news? Luke turned ONE!

I'll be back soon to post about Luke's birthday and all the things he's been doing lately, but for now I just wanted to get back on the blog and post a big HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my cutie pie brother!

We headed back up to Keystone this weekend to have some "mountain time" with Daddy's friend, Mr. Bob, who was visiting for the weekend.

Another fun gondola ride, and another fun time on the trampoline. I learned a new trick!

The day was so much fun, and needless to say, my little brother was tuckered out by the time we hit the car...

Eleven's Heaven

I'm sorry I've been so bad at blogging lately.... It's just that summer has been so busy! Lots of time at the pool and parks...plus mommy working hard at her new job and trying to run around after her two maniacs... Leaves little time for blogging. I promise I'll try to stay on her to keep up.

So Luke turned 11 months old yesterday.... Hard to believe that in one month, he will be ONE! Time flies when you're having fun!

What's little brother been up to lately??
- Cruising furniture
- Standing up all on his own
- Eating tons and tons of "big kid food" (although he is a meat and potatoes guy like daddy...not so much fruits and veggies)
- Knows how to drink out of sippy cups, water bottles, straws, CamelBaks, whatever!
- Says "dada", "baba", "nana" and tries his best to imitate "danger" and "sissy" (No - still NO mama!)
- Is overall VERY good natured but will not hesitate to unleash a NASTY high-pitched scream if things don't go his way

I love Luke as much as ever and spent about 10 minutes last night arguing with momma that when I get older, I'm going to marry him. Mom says I'll fall in love with a different prince charming, but I told her over and over "NO mama! I'm going to marry Luke"
